As a candidate to apply you must fulfill the requirements below: - You should have knowledge about Immigration Programs, specifically European countries and Canada.
- Handling Case files of Europe and Canada
- Provide application updates to existing clients
- Client retention and general after sales service
- Send welcome emails, process stage emails and revert to all email and whatsapp queries.
- Well versed with various government websites for embassy appointment bookings
- Knowledge of various visit visa processing and flight , hotel,itinerary ,booking
- Attention to detail and positive outlook
- Minimum 1 year case processing experience.
