What’s the scope?
Intern duties and responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team on daily tasks and support with the showroom, collections and full account base.
The key objectives will be to support the daily running on the business supporting as detailed below.
The internships intension is to familiarize the candidate the daily tasks within the Kontoor Brands sales department and the core responsibilities this department has within the corporation.
- Supporting proactively with NOS reorders
o Proactive telephone support for customers with NOS repeat orders.
o Sending ATP lists / Best sellers out regularly to account base.
o Supporting sales team on inputting NOS orders
- B2B platform onboarding for new field accounts
o explain to new customers the advantages of using our B2B platform.
o Set up and share log on / account details.
- Sample management and showroom maintenance
o Collection and showroom management.
o Work with marketing and VM support to set up + pack down showroom’s seasonal.
- Order preparation within the sales campaigns
o (digital collection overviews and best-seller management)
- Point of Sales (POS) material management real and digital
o Brand as an eye-catcher, e.g. B. displays, shelf inserts, banners
- Supporting customers with our digitals sell out tools
o Preparing overview in correct currencies
o Updating as line sell out or cancelled.
- Updating customer data
o Call customers to confirm correct contact details changes
o Action changes with CS/MD on the system.
- Customer Data sheets
o Master data information / product descriptions and Imagery for customer.
- MO list support
o Creation of the MO lists to send to customers and supporting the upload/order entry.
- Prebook tracking
o Checking orders on system
o Tracking order intake through season
o Mange NP’s and sold outs with the team
Skills for Success?
Requirements and qualifications:
- Study: preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Retail or Fashion
- Language skills: Good spoken and written command of Dutch and English
- PC Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), well organized.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with a wide range internal and external parties
- Driving license is an advantage
